Breazeale is endorsed by three pro-choice organizations.
House District 45A – Pro-Choice Minnesota has endorsed Tracey Breazeale for Minnesota House. Founded in 1966, the organization works to guarantee everyone has the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing healthy children, and choosing legal abortion.
“These candidates have committed to advancing reproductive freedoms and healthcare access for all Minnesotans. Choice is on the ballot this November,” stated Pro-Choice Minnesota.
Breazeale’s support of reproductive freedom is a stark contrast to her opponent, Rep. Andrew Myers, who voted against both the Protect Reproductive Options Act, which protects Minnesotan’s right to make their own reproductive health care decisions, as well as the Reproductive Freedom Defense Act, which safeguards patients’ private medical records.
“You have the right to make informed decisions about your health care without interference from the government. I will work to protect reproductive rights in Minnesota, including access to contraceptives, IVF, and abortion,” said Breazeale.
This is Breazeale’s third endorsement from a Pro-Choice organization, following endorsements from Women Winning and Emily’s List.
